Please indicate which Paul VI Summer Program (s) you are registering for and the session (s) you would like to attend if more than one is offered.
Elementary School Programs:
All forms and fees must be received NO LATER THAN June 26, 2015. There is a 10% discount if paid by May 15, 2015. No refunds will be given once programs start on July 6 unless the camp is cancelled by Paul VI High School. All checks should be made payable to Paul VI High School. Please send checks to: Paul VI High School 901 Hopkins Road Haddonfield, NJ 08033 as soon as you register.
