Saturday, October 19, 2019, on a beautiful sunny autumn day, alumni, students, parents, and coaches came together for Paul VI’s Annual Blue and White/Alumni Run and Walk. This 5k, sponsored by the Paul VI Alumni Association, was held at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken. Volunteers including the boys XC team parent supporters, pitched in and came to cheer on the runners and walkers. Awards, along with a generous dine and donate to Paul VI took place immediately following the race at LaScala’s Birra. A $25 gift certificate was also donated by La Scala's Birra and presented to the McClean family for the most family members in attendance!

Parents, students, alumni, family and friends filled the Dining Hall for two before-the-show celebrations, where they enjoyed meeting some of the cast as they mingled and visited tables.
Students took their final bows Saturday, Feb. 28, closing out a two weekend run of “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” The theatre department produced yet another fantastic show to remember. From set design, to chorus lines, to the acting … it was pure entertainment. Congratulations to the cast and crew of “Beauty and the Beast” for, yet again, another extraordinary performance!!

Paul VI High School acknowledged donors to its Annual Giving Campaign and recognized recipients of academic scholarships made possible through the campaign at its annual President’s Reception.
Michael Chambers addressed the attendees saying that “Paul VI continues its progress toward a bright future because of the generosity of the individuals in this room this evening. Your generosity helps our students succeed. It is because of your commitment to us and investment in us that we are able to strengthen what it is we are doing at Paul VI; to maintain, excel, and soar beyond our limits toward the future. Tonight, we are here to celebrate our blessings, you, caring and involved parents, and a generous, energetic alumni and benefactor base.”
A deep sense of commitment lies at the heart of each of the many achievements each year. Standing together—united by our ongoing and increasing commitment—we are expanding the boundaries of what is possible at Paul VI High School. I remain deeply honored to serve as President of this special Catholic institution and deeply grateful to our faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends, who are helping to lead PVI on an upward path."
"As parents, we are grateful that our children are able to attend Paul VI. We are thankful for the excellent education and spiritual guidance they receive. It is an honor to support the annual fund, as well as participate in the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) and work as the Pauction fundraiser Chairpersons. All of these efforts allow Paul VI to provide opportunities for our students,” said Thomas and Anne Marie Gilbert. "It was wonderful to see so many students recognized at the President’s reception.”
