Freshman Aliyah Stephens made all of her 11 foul shots in a 15-point performance that helped Paul VI High School defeat perennial Philadelphia Public League power Central High, 47-42, in the ISAA Girls’ Basketball Showcase on Saturday at Life Center.

The Eagles (8-7) led by a point at halftime before taking the lead for good with a 14-7 third quarter. Stephens earned the game MVP honor, supported by 14 points from Kiana Ye.
