PVIGVB roll over Irish

The PVI girls volleyball team defeated Camden Catholic 2-0 (25-13, 25-12) on Wednesday to improve to 6-1 on the year.  Meghan Gallagher had an outstanding overall game for the Eagles, with 6 kills, 3 aces, and 7 digs.  PVI had a balanced attack up front from Rachel Robb(5 kills 2 blocks), Grace Underwood (4 kills 1 block), Karyn Chew (4 kills 1 ace) and Sophia Marziello (3 kills 3 aces 8 digs).  Alexa Pattinson paced the Eagles with 19 assists.  Rebecca Springle (6 digs), Maureen Gilkin (2 digs), and Isabel Caruso (2 digs) all played well defensively for PVI.
