Varsity Girls take a tough one from Northern Burlington
The PVI girls volleyball team defeated Northern Burlington 2-1 (18-25, 30-28, 25-12). After dropping the first set, the girls rallied to win a dramatic second set.
Brenna Jones (7 kills), Carly Histing (4 kills) and Fiona Marziello (7 kills) had great overall games for the Eagles. Kim Bryfogle led the team with 23 assists and Katie Underwood led the team with 10 kills, including the game winner. Janette Assi and Sophia Marziello made big plays throughout the match as well.
The girls improved their record to 5-0.
